Your store, your counter and your ERP.
One connected operation.
Vatia connects your sales channels to your ERP and coordinates products, pricing, inventory and invoicing. So every sale flows back into your operation.

Orders, payments and stock flow back
Every system works.
The challenge is making them work together.
One price online, another at the counter. Stock that differs from the warehouse. Invoices entered twice. Vatia connects those processes so your team can follow one operation.
From product to sale.
From sale to your ERP.
Connect the processes you need: catalog, point of sale, pricing, inventory and invoicing. Each module participates in the same flow.
One catalog for all your channels
The product master lives in Vatia — identity, media, attributes, channels. It publishes to WooCommerce (there is a plugin), to VTEX, to a Vatia B2B or to whatever the process needs. Each channel gets its assortment and its price from one PIM.
Every way to sell, in the same flow
The point of sale is Vatia. Quote, deposit, credit, counter and online. Different flows, one inventory, one customer balance. A deposit is not typed beside the order: it enters the same flow.
Sales flow back to your ERP
Sync jobs are scheduled: what travels immediately, what travels in batches, what is retried. The order, the payment and the stock do not stay in the channel. They return to the system of record.
Invoice from your operation
The invoice comes from the order, the ticket or the delivery, with no retyping. It is re-issued when needed. N tickets can become one document, or thousands of documents can be issued in the same run. Certification sits inside the flow.
Coordinated prices and promotions
Lists, matrices and promotions are defined in Vatia and apply on the external channel, on the B2B and at the counter. The Woo price does not contradict the counter price because there are not two masters.
Connected stock and deliveries
A delivery app, a recipes module when the product is assembled, and the channel asking real stock before it sells. Availability changes when stock moves — in the warehouse or in the ERP.
Modules. Assembled around how you already work.
Activate the modules your process needs, define access for each team and choose the right environment for your company.
Genuinely modular
Vatia is built as modules. Your implementation carries PIM, point of sale, invoicing, promotions, deliveries, recipes or whatever the process needs — and none of what it doesn't. Access is by role (RBAC), not by a user who sees everything.
Built for your business
No two implementations are alike, because no two operations are. We start from processes that already work and configure them around how your company works, instead of asking you to work the way the system does.
Your environment, your call
A dedicated environment for your company, or a shared one if the size of your operation doesn't justify a dedicated one. We decide together, based on your isolation, performance and compliance requirements.
Start with the ERP you already use.
Today, Vatia connects and coordinates your operation around your ERP. Running on Vatia alone is a future stage, identified separately on the roadmap.
On the ERP you already use
NetSuite, SAP or another planning system. Stores can stay on WooCommerce or VTEX — there is a plugin — or a Vatia B2B. The point of sale is ours. PIM, prices and promotions live in the middle. The ERP remains master.
Vatia alone · on the roadmap
If there is no ERP, or if the one you have should not be master, the modules to operate here are on the roadmap. That includes reaching a complete ERP. Estimated date: March 2027.
Whatever else the process needs
The middle layer is not a closed catalog. If the process needs a rule that is not there, it is built as a module — not as a patch beside the flow.
It connects to what you already use. And it answers back.
WooCommerce, VTEX, NetSuite, SAP and the services in your operation. Each integration defines which data moves, its source and how it returns.
Who owns each piece of data
Implementation defines the system of record for each piece — product, price, stock, payment — so there aren't two truths.
How often it moves
Some data travels immediately, some in batches. That is agreed, not left to the connector default.
What happens when it fails
A connector isn't the whole path. We define what is retried, what is flagged, and who answers for it.
The scope and availability of each integration are confirmed during the diagnostic.
By project, with a defined scope.
Pricing depends on the processes, integrations and support you need. We start with a diagnostic and define the scope, owners and deliverables with you.
Diagnostic
We understand your operation, which systems already run, and which process hurts most. That sets the order of entry — not a module inventory.
Scope and quote
What's in, what's out, in what order, and with which deliverables. The quote covers the first stretch; what follows is decided once that stretch is running.
Implementation
In phases, with something working early, not at the end. Each phase leaves a usable path — not a half-built platform.
The logic between systems, not another suite that replaces yours.
Suites ask you to adapt the operation to their model. Vatia sits between what already runs — the ERP, the store, the counter — and makes them answer each other. The honest comparison is the round trip, not a feature list.
A complete ERP in Vatia
Operating on this system alone, up to a complete ERP. The modules are on the roadmap. Estimated date: March 2027.
