The code remains in a separate, frozen version. Infrastructure continues under its own coverage.

Resuming requires an assessment

A future update is quoted based on the gap between versions and the adaptations required. In some cases, a new implementation may be more cost-effective than updating an old version.

We recommend keeping this coverage to protect the security, relevance and value of your licensing investment.

Does infrastructure include maintenance?

They are separate services. Infrastructure covers operations and infrastructure support. Maintenance adds updates and general support for purchased modules, their processes and features.

Does maintenance include custom changes?

It includes updates accumulated by the system. Specific modifications you request for your operations and new development are quoted separately.

Does maintenance apply to any license?

This annual 10% coverage applies only to customers with perpetual licenses.

What support do I receive with each coverage?

Infrastructure provides support for the services that keep the system running. Maintenance also covers the modules you purchased, their processes and features.
